Delete your account
In the game (fastest)
- Open RushTown.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Type DELETE and confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away and your phone starts a new game.
By email
If you can't open the game anymore, email support@rushtowngame.com with the subject Delete my RushTown account. Include your player ID (in the game under Settings → Account) or your company name and the Google account you linked. We may ask a question to make sure the account is yours. We delete it within 30 days and let you know when it's done.
What is deleted
- Your account and its sign-ins (the game's random account ID and your Google Play Games link).
- All your saves on our server, including the older copies.
- Your company name, level, rankings, league and event results.
- Your alliance membership and contributions, friends, block list, chat settings and chat requests.
- Every chat message you wrote, in alliance, private and group chats.
- Your fair-play records and Play Integrity result.
- Your support requests and crash reports.
What is kept, and for how long
- Reports that involve your messages: until the report is decided, then 6 more months for appeals, then deleted.
- A chat ban, if your account had one: only a hashed form of your Google Play Games account ID and the ban, until the ban ends (at most 12 months), so it still applies if you come back.
- Purchase records, if you bought packs: the order number, product and dates, no longer linked to your account, until 2 years after each purchase, for refunds and claims.
- A closure note, if we closed your account: the account ID, our reasons, the end date and a hashed form of the game's install ID on that phone, until the closure ends (at most 12 months), so the phone can still show why.
- Encrypted backups: your data disappears from them when they expire, at most 3 months later. We never restore a deleted account from a backup.
Deleting your account doesn't remove the game from your phone; uninstall it for that. More details are in our Privacy Policy.
